Joy of Music Group Classes
All children are born musical! From a young age, children are rapidly learning about their world, and music is a powerful avenue by which young people can explore, experience, and articulate their relationship with their communities and the world. By broadening a child’s tonal “toolbox” through listening and music-making experiences, we enable children to more richly imagine and name their world. Our greatest goal at ANMS is to create an environment that welcomes all people and leaves them more kind, passionate, imaginative, and whole.

Piano Lab group classes
Our Piano Lab curriculum, designed by longtime ANMS Teaching Artists Kim Petot, is for children aged 5 to 7 years and develops strong piano and musicianship skills that translate into successful future private study. At the completion of each Lab, students will have a collection of the standard piano repertoire.
