Dear ANMS Community,

This season at ANMS, we’re tuning in to where music and belonging meet!

We celebrate the power of live music with performances that bring people together across generations and genres.

Our faculty concerts return with the Paulette Bowes Friday Night Faculty Series, and we’re thrilled to welcome special guests, including both cellist Blaise Déjardin and violist Danny Kim of the BSO alongside violinists (and ANMS favorites) Hsin-Lin Tsai and Miguel Pérez-Espejo, and the beloved New England ensemble known for chamber music that’s both refined and deeply personal: the Portland String Quartet. We’ll open the season with a bold and brilliant start: ‘Some Assembly Required’, a genre-defying trio of trombone, horn, and piano that reimagines what chamber music can be.

We’ll also host five Con Brio luncheons led by violist Scott Woolweaver, our annual Narrated Family Concert, a Winter POPS, early childhood offerings for our youngest music lovers, and a whole season of events that make music feel magical and personal.
